I was treated very fairly, given a very good price compared to any local competitors, was respected as a valued customer and 100% of my requests were met completely, including a tight delivery date of the Ridge Limited to my home. I just purchased a used 2013 Triumph Tiger 800 through Steven. Was a great experience to work with him no B.S. was upfront with all the information about the bike and answered every question I had and if he didnt have the answer said so which I very much appreciate!! Simple 600 mile first service and chain work but I was treated the same as if I were buying a motorcycle, A+. New bike so no issues, quick and easy, but your first service builds your impression of the dealer should you need anything down the line. Same as when I purchased my bike here, phenomenal service and will always return and recommend highly.

Purchased a new rebel 1100, manual transmission. Awesome buying experience! Todd was super helpful and nice throughout the whole sales process and the finance dept was relaxed, informative, and comfortable. Have had the bike about a month now, wonderful machine. Will schedule for the first service soon. Highly recommend thrill point! I myself walked in for a specific bike but they have a large varied inventory (new and used). Check them out!

Well. Let me start off my admitting I'm a moron and thought this review posted in February.

Went into RR with a set plan of what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend

I met Bones and we discussed the bike I wanted and how to make this sale happen. He located one and we discussed the shipping process and when it was gonna be delivered.

Then the fun part haggeling over the price. Bones must have went back and forth to his boss 6 or 7 times trying to meet my requests. Finally coming to an agreement I felt was more than fair. Inside my budget and gave me an additional discount on the gear ( helmet and Jacket for my GF and a new jacket for me unfortunately I don't remember the very patient sales girl that day but she was incredibly helpful in making sure we got the right stuff for my GF ) saving me even more on stuff I was planning on getting anyway.

Over the last month between work and weather Bones answered my questions via Txt about how long it was being stored and what was expected of me ( they said no charge for storing it for over 6 weeks)

To end this I picked up the bike today and everything was in order. The bike was ready and waiting. Bones again answered my questions and when it turned to some aftermarket parts for a seat back he set me up with Tommy D in parts. They found the parts. Ordered them and we have the appt to install them next week.

It's been a great experience and i rode away with exactly what I wanted for a price I feel was fair and correct.

I visit this place often for all my bikes needs. I get great, friendly, knowledgeable service, especially from Brian in sales, whenever I'm in. He's reliable and very dependable. I refer all my friends to see him there, and they always have good things to say about him.

Found my favorite parts people. Sam is the best! She rides so she gets what I'm talking about plus she's super knowledgeable about bikes and goes beyond her job when she was getting me ktm parts when they don't even carry that brand anymore. It's just nice to know that if I need something Sam's going to do her best to get it.... and it's a dam nice dealership.

It's nice to have someone knowledgeable working behind the counter. Samantha knows her stuff for sure. Seen her at the races a few times, she can rip it with the best of them. Whenever I am in town and need something, I will swing by and stock up on supplies.

Went today and was assisted by Steven A. He treated us as if he was genuinely interested in helping us. I understand he is new and he is valuable asset. I will definitely be back for more purchases. Wonderful experience

Been using Rick roush for years they have almost always had parts I needed without having to order.
